Justin entered the Big Brother Johto house as one of the nine houseguests that was placed on the Good Team. After winning the first Head of Household competition, Justin was quickly recognized as a competition threat for the Good Team. When his nominees Kaitlyn and Ari lost the Battle of the Block competition, Justin remained the first Head of Household of the season. Justin was most well known for his 'three flopped HoH's': the first of which was Week 1 when neither of his two nominees left the game and both vowed to target him in the future. Despite having two targets in the game, Justin was never nominated during the pre-jury portion of the game. His second Head of Household reign was during Week 5 when he was reported for saying that he had never wanted or intended to be Head of Household. He nominated Matthias and Jacob whom won the Battle of the Block competition and won safety, vowing to target him as well. From this point on, Justin was a steady target but still was not nominated until the first week of Jury when Rhea was able to make the re-nomination when Christian won the Power of Veto and used it on herself. He was evicted by a wide margin and his only votes to stay, Christian and Kaitlyn were evicted after him, back to back. When the jury buyback came around both of his two allies in jury threw the competition to him and he battled against Jacob and won his spot back in the game. Once he was back in the game he aligned with Connor and Matthias and helped to get out the Slade's Puppets alliance back to back to back. When he won the Head of Household competition Week 11, he turned to target Ruthie and Rhea with a plan to backdoor Kaleigh. When she won the Power of Veto, his third HoH reign failed. The next week, Justin and Kaleigh's legendary dispute and constant fighting that lasted for over a day straight in the house chat happened and Justin was ultimately evicted unanimously after doing everything in his power to disrupt Kaleigh's plans.
